Sad that we're having to think and respond this way. I'm having to stay with my EDC (P365, gotta try to not advertise too much, having to deal with customers, BUT I do need to load up and carry at least a second mag). Are you noticing, if it hasn't already shifted, of the Houston Jewish population, a shift to more of a conservative mindset?
I'm Orthodox, there's only a few thousand of us (out of over 60,000 total) and we tend to be much more conservative.
A lot of the the non-Orthodox movements (mainly 'reform' and 'conservative') are more political movements than religious, and still believe that gun control along with 'peace and understanding' are what's really needed. They just cannot accept that some people are evil and just want to kill them!

All the rhetoric be Govs and press are nonsense. This is NOT a skirmish with Arabs but WAR. Like it or not. Like Pearl, no response other than destruction is effective. The age old 'I want what you got' and will fight to get it. Same as all the 'thuggery' here in the states. You get 2 responses and only one will actually work. Maybe sometime LE will understand. Like the DFW LE and stolen auto issue. 90% recovered (trashed) but 2% prosecution.

    Brave lads.

    https://www.foxnews.com/media/brave...-hamas-terrorists-machine-guns-save-two-women

When Mesika and his friends heard machine guns and Arabic language – it dawned on them that there were terrorists looking to hunt and kill. They saw the terrorists approaching other shelters and throwing grenades into them. When they heard terrorists approaching their shelter, Mesika and his best friend Eli instructed the girls to hide, left the shelter and charged at the terrorists to attract attention.

The boys were killed by gunfire in a heroic act to save the women, who remained in the shelter for six hours until the Israel Defense Forces rescued them.
    If only they'd been armed....

Even more basic: Why in the Hell did the Israeli government disarm their own citizens when they full well know they were in harms way, and surrounded by vicious terrorists ?

Why is no one in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, or Washington D C asking this now ?

Something is very, very wrong in all this !

Where were the CIA, our vaunted ‘’Space Force’’, & Mossad ?

There's plenty of examples of the terrorists getting shot at as they attacked being reported in Israeli news. The majority of the civilian death toll looks to have came from a few places they found large amounts of unarmed victims such as the music festival. The Kibbutzim that shot back fared largely better. Individually owned firearms aren't as widespread there as they are here, but they do exist. Unfortunately even in Texas bad men manage to find large numbers of unarmed victims.

Consider that they sent 1000-2500 armed men across the border. Horrific of an attack as it was the death toll of ~1400 suggests a lot of people did shoot back. Only so much a single man can do up against a platoon sized element, so shooting back doesn't guarantee safety but it helped in many cases.

The example(s) you are mentioning came from settlers that FIRST had to retrieve firearms from local armories located at a central point within the settlement.

And now they've got Jimmy Carter on steroids.
I said Obiden's visit was to stall the retaliation....now everyone is using militant, proportional, cease fire etc.

    Yes, exactly.

Something is very, very wrong here, on both the Israeli side and from our illicit administration.

The largest failure of ‘’gun control’’ since late 1930’s Poland, yet media spin it in other ways.

There is simply no way that Mossad, our Military, the CIA, & the French all missed the necessary pre-attack buildup.

Our enemies are completely ruthless NAZIS, who have tentacles in all of our governments.

After GWB was exposed, the 9/11 attacks were explained, Obama, stolen elections, and now this; WE KNOW !

May GOD help us all !

i could absolutely believe that one of two things is true.
1- No US org was aware of this. They are too worried about things like pronouns, white rage, and climate change to worry about an invasion in a country the dems don’t like.
2-They were aware of it, but were fine with it happening. After all, who is responsible for them acquiring the weapons/funding for it?

As for the Israelis, who knows.

This is bigger, and going to get bigger than many think.

Unless Iran or FJB do something really, really stupid, I still dont think it will get legs.

I think Iran knows better than to do much more than yell loudly and emphatically and I think those controlling obiden know starting a war without set goals would not sit well with the majority of their voters.

Today: Hamas demands a ceasefire so they can round up and return hostages (right).
They claim that Israeli airstrikes have killed 50 hostages (right).

Were they given marching orders to knock it off, since the US is positioning a lot of assets in the region, or are they biding their time to regroup for another assault? Was this just phase 1, and phase 2 will include international support?

Both, probably. They get their asses kicked but know Israel won't go in and hunt them house-to-house, so they declare the latest cease fire and lick their wounds while they re-equip to launch the next terrorist attack.
