I think only one is halfway viable.

I'm OK with the rare intervention in world affairs, Isreal and Ukraine are the two that come to mind as being behind. The GWOT got derailed from destroying a terrorist group by feeling like we needed to fix a pair of backwards political systems governing equally backwards peoples.

Turkey has generally shown themselves to be on their own side and no one elses.

Unknown re needed or just wanted.

All I have is a vague memory that the US, at one point, had to ask Turkey for permission to even fly through their airspace...during one of the early sandbox wars if I recall. From looking at the location of the two installations on the vid - I can see how they would be militarily advantageous in any eastern european goat rope <-- all of in which I'm not versed whatsoever.
