I delegate and herd cats for a living (aka I'm a supervisor). My team sets up and troubleshoots secure computer networks.

On the side I do auto repair, gunsmithing, pc repair, or just any random odd job people ask me to do.

Master of time, space and dimension. Don't give me hard time or I will transport you back to when Clinton was in office, and the Assault Weapons Ban was in place...

How dare you call me a Liar?

Or did you mistake me for Joe Wilson who called Obama a Liar?

Ssh! This is a super secret, double probation, cross-your-heart-don't tell no one formula for authentic San Antonio chili-con-carne.

Back in the day, San Antonio hookers used this recipe to attract their clients with great success. The boys got laid, and got some good chow on the side.

2 lbs fatty beef, cut into 1/2" cubes

    1 medium onion, chopped

    3 cloves garlic, chopped

3 slices bacon, fried and drained

    1/8 cup chili powder

    1 & 1/2 teaspoon sweet Paprika

    1/2 teaspoon Cayenne powder

    1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano

1/2 teaspoon Cumin, also known as Comino Powder

    2 cups Beef Stock

1 12 oz. can of Lone Star Beer

2 chipotle peppers chopped, with adobo sauce

1 tbsp finely ground dark Mexican dry chocolate

Salt & Pepper to Taste (sea salt and white pepper)

    2 tablespoons corn starch

    To prepare:

Saute onions & garlic over medium heat until translucent (soft)

Add beef and brown just a little bit

Put meat and onions/garlic into a heavy pot

Add all the rest of the ingredients

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer,

Let simmer for about four hours. Mix cornstarch with 2 Tbsp warm water, and add to Chili until it thickens.

Put resultant mixture on a warm corn tortilla with guacamole and pickled onions, or go Gringo-style, by putting the chili in a bowl topped with cheddar cheese and freshly chopped white onions.

    Liar, anyone?

This recipe (formula) does not allow for beans or tomatoes or cilantro.

Is that from Machete? I still need to see that.

    Regarding the "Machete" Movie.

I took Bonnie to see that and the closest thing to it in my memory was then the comedian GALLAGHER performed. He would smash melons and fruit and the first few rows of people had to cover themselves with sheets of plastic. Machete was just like that! Buckets of blood and heads rolling all over the place. Holy crap...... Bring a napkin!
