I don't think they're going to admit his dementia. They will say he's dropping out because he can't win, not because of his incompetence. We'll know better of course, but these are people who will stand under a bright mid-day sun and claim it's night.

I don't know about the money, but if I am not mistaken, once Joe droped out of the campaign, aren't his delegates now released to nominate whoever they want and put Kamala out on the street as far as the election goes

Cackles it the difficult question for the Dems. If they don't keep her as Pres nominee, they're going to lose a big segment of women voters and some of the black vote. Unless they can convince her to take another direction, in a high-paying job somewhere, board of directors of several orgs, or Supreme Court nominee? She should be the first pick since she's the veep.
