In July, I was blessed to meet "Pops/Joe", "General Zod" & "The AxxeMann"...

If any one has Joe's/ @popsgarland address?
Would like to send a sympathy card to his Mrs. (thinking she has a busted arm?)

I have his address. I'll PM it to you so it's not posted publicly here.

Wow this was certainly not expected. As others have posted, he was turning it around and was going to be released to go home.
I’ve never met him, but his posts were always above board and he just seemed to get along with everyone. I remember thinking what a good friend he was to Jonas when started with the health woes. Says something about his character. RIP pops, and condolences to the family.

OMG this is terrible news. I met Joe at his house, we exchanged gun parts or something or other…not important.

My wife was with me, she was pregnant at the time. We spent a good hour chatting about things, his late son…we kept in touch for quite a while when Stetson was born, I’d send him pics here and there.

Just a cool, salt of the earth guy.

This saddens my wife and I deeply.

    RIP

Joe made some very nice boxes for some of our pack members’ ashes. Mrs. Hoji met him for pickup of the first 3 as I had to go out of town for work. When Dakku left us in June, he , out of the blue, texted me and said he was making her a box. I met up with him in Irving in July to get it.

Class act all the way around. You will be missed.
