The drive by media is saying FJB lost badly and even they are talking about him being able to run a successful campaign.

Anyone think its funny they are using "LET'S GO JOE" as their slogan.

They are changing the slogan now to "LET JOE GO!"

They will wait till the Dem convention and ask potato to yield his delegates. Since he has wrapped up the nomination, I believe they are committed to him and if he does not release them, they must go with the Joe. If he releases them, the Dems are free to pick whomever to replace the potato on the Nov. ballot. This is my understanding and could very well have some or all of this wrong but I believe the potato is standing in the way. If they go in another direction, will be it Newsome or the Kamal? And that is why the Dems are all a-flutter.

I keep hearing that and not sure how it happens. The voters have voted him in as the nominee.

I know the convention is procedural, but isn't it supposed to reflect the will of the voters? I mean, if the elite could just insert someone, how is that the will of the people? Seems like a banana republic, not that we're not there already.
One way is he announces he will not run again.

The DNC’s Rule 13, Section J says, “Delegates elected to the national convention pledged to a presidential candidate shall in good conscience reflect the sentiment of those who elected them.” Plenty of wiggle room there.
