    Supposed to hit 100° Tuesday.
It didn't get to 100 during our training on the range at Camp McCain, MS over the weekend however we had several of our younger troops require medical attention due to the heat. They had been continually warned to hydrate and had bottled water available.

I was stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in the 80's, I worked in the emergency room. I can remember being sent to the parade grounds (asphalt) with a beverage cooler. The motor pool would send an air conditioned bus. 99% of the troops wore Class A uniforms made of wool. We would park at the rear of the formation waiting for people to start getting wobbly and hopefully get to them before they passed out. You can imagine how hot that blacktop was during the summer months, especially while wearing a wool suit.

These past few years allergies will do that to me. I will feel like that for a day and it will clear up within a couple of hours if I take a medication.

Went into my late 30s without allergies and all of a sudden it kicks my ass a few times a year.

I would get in my early 20s what was called hay fever during the summer.
I actually haven’t been sick since 21’ when I had covid.

I’m on the mend, just a cough now. Mowed the front yard today. Getting my stamina back.

We have have an invisible mosquito problem around here! Can't see them but one can damn sure feel them after they have bitten you!!
I don't have to worry about mosquito, ants or wasp. They will bypass me and go straight for the wife.

Ants have crawled over my foot to get to the wife and sting her.
Mosquito will fly pass me to get to the wife.
Wasp will buzz me while going for the wife.

Not sure why but it can be because of all of the garlic I've eaten growing up and still do.Us Italians
    sure like our garlic.
