He laid back down to sleep finally -
But this coffee tastes really good so up I am.
Your excuse?
It's nice to get the long sleep. Dunno if it's age, or change in enviro - but in bed by 7 and awake by 5 seems to be the way now... except for the midnite quick pee, it's straight through. I used to laugh about old people eating supper at 4:30. Used to. LOLOLTold the wife I was going to lay down for a few minuets around 7 last night. Didn't wake up until 4:30 this morning.
I was a really tired puppy from all of the long hours and work I did yesterday. Most sleep I've had at one time in years.
With that much sleep, I'll probably be awake until Saturday afternoon.

We go to bed at 8:30 and I'm usually up by 5:00. Wife up by 6:00 (?). We only eat breakfast and lunch. In the evening we'll chop up an apple and share it with Pogo. At 7am, I ride my bicycle for 5 miles (30 minutes) every day except Saturday and Sunday. Keeps me in good shape for 75.It's nice to get the long sleep.
