Great gun - problem is that parts are unobtanium, the aftermarket is non-existent, and when parts are available they're expensive. I wish I could carry my m9-a2, but between not being able to mount a dot and inability to get replacement parts if I need it's just a range toy.
    Stop making sense.

I reject any and all pistols with an internal lock.

It makes me think of the clintons.

Anything with “tactical” in the name was thought up by someone crawling around a urine soaked truck stop bathroom floor in a meth induced frenzy to suck as much strange cock as they can fit in their mouth.

    Avoid all things “tactical”.
    Sounds ducatish

I've actually never owned an FN before. Now that I'm in real America, I've been watching video reviews on this gun and all of them are crazy positive. It's too big to be a carry gun (at least on my frame), but I am intrigued by the idea of having it in a go-bag that I keep with me when I'm traveling long distance. I don't know, we'll see. Maybe i just like it because it's tacti-cool.

Anyone have first hand experience with one of these?

These were on my want list for a long time. Besides just liking what I saw, I shot a few at the range and really liked them.

Picked one up but haven't put a lot of rounds through it to be honest.

$1,200+ new isn't my thing but $900 used is pretty hard to pass up for me.

I have owned multiple FN products over the years and always been impressed by the quality and features.

Damn. I'd take a lightly used one for $900!
