Video suggests snipers were drawing down on shooter at least 36+ seconds prior. Not sure sniper is even a fair term given his complete lack of skill. Fudd could do better of setting up a shooting position and engaging.

dont know but slowing it down those movements are almost exactly same time Trump grabs his ear.

I would guess yes he was tracking shooter and fired when he saw/heard muzzle flash. Then recoil caused him to lose his shooting position cause he has less experience in a tripod than a hog hunter.

I've certainly seen POLICE with no other descriptives on FBI, ATF... not around SS a lot, but pretty sure.

They look local to me, but its just a guess.

Skill level says local.

USSS would go through Scout/Sniper School and setup differently.
