Helped rebuild a Ferrari V12. Six single barreled carbs with all of the linkage safety-wired, triple roller timing chains. That thing was a work of art. First car I went over 100 mph in. I remember it like the first girl.

Friend had a Duster with a 360 and his dad had a 340 Cuda. They drag raced them on the track frequently.

The 2002ti I bought new in Germany in '72 would hang its hood in shame here, even though it would stay glued to the autobahn, and the curves in Southern Bavaria, at 120mph all day. 1972 price - US$2500.
