I am really curious how this will effect the Ukrainian war. There HAS to be a positive effect for Ukraine at least in the short term.

I have a good grasp of Latin and Greek roots and mostly know the crylic alphabet so can sound stuff out and now I am slowly learning the basic words of Ukrainian and can pick out a few words of a conversation...

Sounds like no resistance has been met on the road so support may be widespread and less a coup and more of a widespread revolt.

Prigozhin is trying to bring up his guys from Syria

Putin only has a short window to try to stop the convoy and the Moscow mayor is not hopeful of being able to prevent Wagner from taking the city which they should get to very soon (by sundown, their sun)

I'd give it 50/50, but anti-corruption is good. But best case the guy on top will be one that invaded a free and independent nation, killing many civilians and those who took up arms to defend their homes. So no love lost on either putler or prigozhin from me.

After seeing the mess putler made (and maybe end up hanging from his heels), I'm hoping the next guy will be smart enough to stick to his knitting instead of trying to bring back the ruzzian empire.
