Getting an LTC according to the OP was a waste of time because he has never carried. The problem is not the LTC.........it's a SHAME that he never carries.

I waited until I hit 73 to start getting fat. Ye ole body gave up the ghost, (ruined shoulders, 'thanks free weight training', knees, back) to start getting fat...now, I'm probably 30...maybe 40 lbs overweight after a lifetime in the obsessive pursuit of fitness. I was in almost Olympic shape...

What is that thing like to shoot? My dad had an AMT 380 as his back up. After he passed I had it cleaned up and took it to the range. That was the most uncomfortable pistol I have ever shot. I sold it to an officer buddy.

I've had an AMT 380 since 1996. It's never fired a magazine without a problem. It's only use is as a paperweight. A good knife or NAA .22 is a better choice.

so carry a pocket gun.......being fat is not an excuse to not carry.
