Article says “The charge is a first-degree felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison.” Hopefully he gets the full 30 years.

    You’ll never find agreement here.

FACTS: Victim was not only innocent but was unaware of ongoing situation. Victim was noncriminal serviceman in his own home. Victim did not threaten Officer. Officer shot b/f demanding “Drop Weapon”.

Lesson: As per Ayoub: Just don’t answer the door. This is a hard thing to learn.

I missed this thread when it happened. Last night I went back and watched the videos, read the whole damn thread........should stay out of it at this point.

But........that cop was trigger happy and/or scared. He phucked up. It was a bad shoot. He could have done so many things differently. Don't see how his actions could receive support and it seems like only one member here actually does. He is lucky if his firing is all that happens to him. Hope his conscience haunts him to his death.

I am glad this is going to a jury.........I can live with the verdict either way it comes down....................

All Americans need to understand that having a gun or holding a gun are not crimes nor threats.

Those media-taught attitudes are real threats to us all.

Florida Panhandle folks are pretty conservative; a mix of Southerners & Military Veterans.

Let’s stay true to our 2A quests !

A 911 call re “A man with a gun” could well be about one of US !
