Had a stainless 7.5" redhawk Hunter just like yours a few years back. Loved that gun, fantastic shooters!
They are both insanely accurate (far more capable than I am) and a real pleasure to shoot. Sometimes, it's hard to pick the right tool for the job. They have quite a bit of utility overlap.

They have both taken thier fair share of deer and hogs, and a few coyotes, too.

    Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

    SAO, interesting...
You've spent at least a little time with mine at SGA, so you're familiar with them. Or is the memory the first thing to go?

ETA - Forgot this was a picture thread. Probably a re-post, but whatever...

I recently asked a friend "Why in the world do I need a 1911?" And his answer: "Because it's a 1911." Heck, I couldn't argue that kind of logic. RIA Tac2 midsize 9mm. From Tooele Shootings Supply in UT, $480 total incl transfer

New leather came in. Tight as hell, avenger holster from Gary C out in Montana. Matches my belt just fine, but it could use some breaking in, which I am doing now.
