<>You lack experience. It's hard to pull a weapon from your pockets when you are trying to move. It's harder to pull from your waistband than you think, too, when you are trying to evade a dog. I've run multiple scenarios and come to the conclusion that skill is not an end-all. A holster is MUCH much easier to work with. Set yourself up for success.
Keep telling yourself all that, though. I don't care.
if you fumble a draw from concealment, its an issue of skill.
the quickness of open carry over concealed carry is marginal at best.Regardless, it clearly takes more time to draw from concealment than it does OC.
I'll accept the non-existent "risk" of OC if it gives me a split second or two advantage when the critical time comes...
True, however gun fights are often won and lost by the margins.the quickness of open carry over concealed carry is marginal at best.
Almost daily. Not for time but for muscle memory. All the way to low ready and site picture positions.Just wondering: How many of those here actually practice “drawing” any longer ?
Try the 3rd ward in Houston.I'd like to find a range where I can shoot from my bicycle.
^Best statement in this entire thread.^I could care less if someone else carries OC or CC. Why should it make a difference to me?
My penis is bigger than everyone's on this site. Trust me.
Every time I go to the range. Almost all my practice is from the draw.<>
