    You called it a success

You can't sit here, having just seen pure luck, divine intervention, whatever you prefer to call it just narrowly save Trump, and seriously call this a success, can you?

This debate should be where the failure happened, not if it happened at all

Honestly, this is my last comment on the subject because there’s nothing new under the sun here. That the threat was neutralized and the principal not only did not die, but actually walked off the podium under his own power means the mission was successful.

Was it the most successful it could have been? No.

Are there legitimate reasons that may have impacted the operation? Likely.

Do we know everything there is to be known about the operation? No.

The asset only got shot a " little bit ". Lessons were learned.

The fact someone was able to shoot the president is unacceptable and something need to change, but we can take the win and am OK saying it was successful (if only through a providential head turn). These things are not mutually exclusive.

Even when a mission accomplished its goal and was a success, it doesn't mean everything went perfect. Sometimes there were planning errors and execution errors, those things need to be and will be debriefed and investigated.

Worth a quick read… short article

    RIP Mr. Comperatore

Devout Christian Dad Died in Trump Assassination Attempt

Allyson called her father ‘the best dad a girl could ever ask for,’ adding that he ‘was a man of God, loved Jesus fiercely, and also looked after our church and our members as family.’

All I can say is that if someone on the right said that Biden should be in the crosshairs and then someone took a shot at him...............the libtards would hit the fan.
I guess I snoozed and missed the "in the crosshairs" moment. What comes to my mind is all the repetitions of "Trump is a threat to our democracy". This kind of rhetoric:

6 CS teams total. We know the position of 2 teams for sure.

Shot that neutralized the shooter was taken at 488 yards, which means the two known teams didn't do it.

Map show the possible position of the third team, which according to the google maps distance tool, is 450 yards
