I understand that. But that just isn't how I do things. I very seldom ever buy something sight unseen. I understand some people do, and that's their business. But something as expensive as land, or a house and property, I want to see it in person before making a decision to go any further.You would be surprised. I've seen houses on the market lately that didn't last 4-hours before it was under contract. I've had several buyers in last couple of months submit offers bases on MLS pictures only, and offer is usually over list price.
