    That all it takes to be legally considered black? How did you come up with that statistic?
    It's a guess. A Choctaw buddy of mine says you only need to be 1/16th Indian to be considered "Native-American", but you must prove lineage to claim a specific tribe as your own. Historically, "One Drop" of Negro blood was sufficient to make you Black, something which some Blacks still ascribe to today.

    I'll be damned. We may all be black in one way or another. I know I am. I have a couple freckles to prove it.

    On a side note that is just ridiculous. Which ever you are most predominately is what should refer yourself to.

    So I'm interested I'm Cherokee as well not sure on details but can get them Winchster is as well.
