I have a mossberg 590a1 hanging above our bedroom door. Even with a fast opening safe, I can easily get to the 590 quicker.

For my wife....even though she is a very good pistol shooter. The shotgun allows us to get on the threat easier.....eye and mind fog at 3am is real. I have it loaded with #7.

Something about the sound when loading a shotgun just says "oh crap"

No shit, 2 years ago I got one of those 'VCU crime report on campus' emails. This one was 2 perps attacked the victim with a hammer during a robbery.
