Saw a woman carrying at a Bill Miller BBQ in San Antonio a while back while I was there visiting family. I made her promise to buy a better holster, gave her a box of 124gr Federal "Punch" (she was carrying ball ammo!!!), and told her she needed to start carrying one in the chamber.
