Had a roast beef & extra sharp cheddar cheese hero on French bread (nice & crusty) slathered with Cole's mustard and covered with salt & lots of freshly ground black pepper to my taste. Had a few pieces of hot soppressata & pepperoncini peppers on the side. I have not eaten roast beef in over four years, that was a delicious treat and on sale at $9.99 per pound - not the regular $14.99. Enjoyed a glass of Louis Jadot Pinot Noir with it.
