Tarted up some frozen PF Chang's Mongolian Beef with a package of stir fry vegetables and copious amounts of Momofuku Chili Crunch. Served over Instant Pot white rice. HEB egg rolls dipped in Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce.

We typically use jasmine but there is a package of basmati waiting when we are ready to open another bag.

Salmon patties, then I'm going to smoke them with the Breville smoking gun, serve them over some cooked spinach.

Edit: Welp, that didn't turn out quite right. I did an obiden, got it all mixed and reached for the panko crumbs, sprinkled some on top and mixed it in, saw that it didn't make any difference, so sprinkled some more. Then I noticed it was rice instead of panko. So it went into the trash and I made a cold cut sandwich and forgot the lay's potato chips again.

Grilled some chicken legs (on sale fir .99 a pound at Kroger) and roasted some diced sweet potatoes. Found a new chicken rub I like a lot. I’ll post a pic tomorrow.
