It's good brain exercisei've been playing 2048.
Does that count?
BTW, I won my first 4x4 game today after playing for months. This is the kind of game I'm terrible at that my sis can do in 10 minutes so, for me, this is a genuine achievement. So sue me.
I even screenshot it.

Wow.
I got tthinking.
I probably haven't played a video game since Mario cart in, maybe 2017.
Dang. Y'all enjoy.
I don't need an ass whooping like I'd get now.

Yeah I went from xbox to primarily pc gamesI’ve been playing Helldivers 2 on PC. Awesome multiplayer co-op shooter. I built a PC a couple of years ago (my first in 20 years) but never really used it until I picked up Helldivers.
I was into PS5 for a good while but I picked up a Steam Deck earlier this year so I’m pretty much just PC gaming these days.
When I feel like a strategy game, it’s Frost Punk or Factorio.
My youngest is 32, or there abouts.I still whip on my kids on the latest Mario Kart to remind them that pops has been around the block a time or two.
Screw that.Nothing sweeter than the joy of seeing your child execute the perfect green shell shot on you.
HaHa I love thatScrew that.
My daughter kicks my ass at Mario Kart. Even when I think I’m winning she will hold back a shell and hit my right before I cross the finish line. Then say “oops” as she passes me and wins.
Well they have come along waysHaven't played video games since the 80s
So have I. The last time I got seriously into a game it was Serious Sam on Steam. One day I saw that my total playing time had exceeded 5000 hours. That brought my priorities into focus a bit better. I uninstalled Steam and left behind any serious devotion to gaming.Well they have come along ways
Of course gaming can be addictive. I usually play about once a month. So have I. The last time I got seriously into a game it was Serious Sam on Steam. One day I saw that my total playing time had exceeded 5000 hours. That brought my priorities into focus a bit better. I uninstalled Steam and left behind any serious devotion to gaming.
Just a personal choice and casting no aspersions. Much of that was driven by the fact that I was terrible at pretty much all games. Even after 5000+ hours, I couldn't complete Serious Sam on any but the easiest difficulty setting.
A man's got to know his limitations.
