What happened to small import & domestic trucks

It wasn't just GM - Dodge put their badges on a lot of Mitsubishis in the 90s. I remember the Dodge Stealth was a Mitsubishi 3000 with slightly different body panels.

Chrysler owned part of Mitsubishi back then. They also shared engines and transmissions.

My first truck was a Mazda B2000. I have never owned (or needed) a full-sized truck. I am on my second Frontier, first one was totaled back in July.
