    I decided to join the Texas Nationalist Movement last night or commonly called TEXIT because we have to do something to combat what biden is doing. Today he past more stupidity he past that the federal govt will pay for foreign abortions, passed another one that said Chin Virus or Wuhan virus will not be used in the federal govt. He so far passed 40 executive orders that are bringing the United States to it's knees . Even Rush agrees that we will never win another election with what they are doing.

    We Texans can and should maintain and even grow our independence without leaving the United States. A few examples: Volunteers and prisoners could build a border wall. People illegally here should be transported to northern blue states where the citizens voted to allow them into our country. Texas should impose an energy excise tax on all forms (carbon, solar and wind) of energy leaving the state, this would be used to offset the disproportional impact of taxes on the Texas economy collected by the Feds (California and New York being the biggest pigs at the Fed trough)
    I am sure that everyone here can think of multiple ways to support Texas without violence.

    Need a color scheme as well. All the other alphabet agencies use mostly white (racist bastards) and yellow. Can't use 'tequila gold' as it's too close to yellow. 'Sunburn Red'? Hmm....too close to A&M color and those people brag enough. 'Armadillo brown' or some sort of tan?

    Just what benefit is there to being joined to the other 49 states and their federal government?

    They take our hard earned money.
    They prevent us from protecting our border and from protecting the unborn.
    They interfere in our elections in order to get communists into office here.
    They drag us into foreign wars.
    They destroy our energy industry just because they can.
    They impose ridiculous regulations.
    They infringe on our right to keep and bear arms. 2A or not.
    They frequently violate the Constitution and refuse to address our grievances when we call them out on it.
    They compel us to pass stupid laws by threatening to withhold the very money that we overpay to the federal government each year.
    They promote communist, anti-American propaganda in our schools.
    They restricted how our health insurance could be sold or structured, even before they gave us Obummercare.
    They're determined to turn Texas blue.

    What's the upside? Being part of the U.N.? Paris climate treaty? A government that's infiltrated by the CCP?

    Mostly, Texans just ignore this nonsense, as they should. But given the unrest we’ve seen recently, it may be time to point out what a colossally bad idea this is.

    First, it’s illegal. That much has been proven by Texas itself. In 1869, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a case called Texas vs. White that the U.S. Constitution provides no legal means of exit for member states. States aren’t members of the union until they change their mind. They are part of a bond the court called “indestructible” and the Pledge of Allegiance calls “indivisible.”

    In 2006, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia reaffirmed that bond when he wrote, “If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede.”

    They are part of a bond the court called “indestructible” and the Pledge of Allegiance calls “indivisible”.

    Funny thing...I don't remember the court and the Pledge being the building blocks of the country. The Constitution is. And just because the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for a thing does not mean that thing is illegal - the Constitution restricts the Federal government, it does not grant permissions.
