I'm pretty happy with what y'all have going on here right now. I know I Just showed back up after a fairly long break but I think you're doing a good job with it. As far as the rest goes I'm not really doing fb right now with no friends deployed, I don't tweet, I rarely get free time on YouTube (if I'm on I'm usually trying for a how to video), and I have never heard of the other stuff.

1) I'm working to improve the user experience and usability of the forum. I'm going to be making changes to the advertising system to help speed up the site for mobile and those of us not on broadband. This has the side effect of being more advantageous for the advertisers as well. The first step of this was taken a few months ago when we migrated to a faster server.

2) I've rolled out a commission system for anyone whom wants to make some side-cash. More info can be found here: http://www.texasguntalk.com/forums/announcements-comments/34143-make-extra-cash-support-tgt.html

3) I purchased some additional software to integrate Facebook as well as mobile versions of the site for iOS (Apple) and Android. I will be rolling these out as soon as I can get the uploaded and setup.

1) What do you use Texas Gun Talk for? entertainment (reading the smack talk; man cave thread is awesome) and info on reloading. I appreciate the experience factor others offer here

2) What do you feel is missing from Texas Gun Talk?

3) If you were in control of the site, what changes would you make and why? I would make the threads read begin to end, instead of end to beginning. Most of the other sites I visit use that format, and I prefer it.

4) Do you feel the forum is difficult to use? Is there anything you'd like to know how to do? see #3 above (is that just an option thing?)

5) Is there something on another forum that you enjoy that you'd like to see here?

I like using Tapatalk on my IPhone. It works great, and is easy to access from anywhere.

I use TGT to see if other shooters have any updated info on firearms and ammo that I use.
I do not use Facebook or Twittering with Idiots for any reason.

I also use the for sale classifieds section.

Pretty much like the site the way it is. I use this site mostly to gain knowledge and or links to sites that expand on what ever it is I am looking into. I dont twitter or facebook. As far as politices goes, id like to see it back. There are those that keep close tabs on whats goin on as it affects firearms and bring it to light by starting a thread about it.
