IANAL, but.. ...don't compromise your wife's ability to do a proper ID for LE. If you've showed her pictures of the person you believe did it, a defense lawyer will surely say your error resulted in a false identification.

I assume no one did anything to compromise the fingerprints on the cooler? If you have a possible name and address with an ID on the truck, isn't it time to call the Game Warden again and ask him exactly how much help he actually wants?

The Game Warden asked me if I wanted him to put the guy in jail and I told him Hell yeah I do. Guy carries a gun onto my land in trespass mode, steals, breaks every law he can then threatens my wife when she busts him? Hell yeah I want that $#@!cking piece of shit in jail. And when he's taking the ride I want him telling all of his POS bros not to $#@! with my land because I'll throw their asses in jail too.

I'm pissed.

I knew it was happening because these jerkwads are too stupid to not leave evidence.

This is also why I'm so demanding when it comes to my invitees picking up their shells/brass.

I am doxing no innocent party. Brent Whitsell is the offender and he is going down.

Game Warden has all the info and was awed by my ability to put this whole thing together sitting in Odessa using social media.

Yessir. Full statement has been given to the Game Warden.

The cooler is in a safe spot. Illegal game was turned over to a Sheriff's deputy.

This is a done deal. Might take a few days for the mugshot but it's coming.

2 felony charges and 2 misdemeanors so far. Game Warden says he may add more once he has the fella in custody and has a chance to have a talk with him.
