If your worried about email accounts and social media just blank them out and delete them. With Facebook you can't totally get rid of your page so blank it out and have a friend re password it and not tell you, you can't give what you don't have.
Social media shouldn't be a concern for employers in the first place unless they have known criminal background from the initial background check. Good luck getting anything off mine mines a snooze fest just family and a few friends I think I've post on it maybe 10 times.

meh. I have had one since 09. Not a thing there I would care if a prospective employer, or anyone actually, saw.Sure glad I never had a Facebook account.......
