No im not Jewish. I keep bringing it up to see if anybody actually knows how it is applied to Texas law.
This is a TASER thread, not a quiz on Texas law and the history of said law.
If you wanted to be a bit more accurate, you would state that our laws are based on English Common Law as are that of many developed western nations.
Throwing down a challenge on familiarity and application of Texas statutory law and Texas case law probably isnt what you want to do.
