Alcede was on am700 this morning saying that they declared Ch 11 bankruptcy and will remain open.

Doubt we can rely on the news from him. He's almost delusional at this point. My bet, based on Facebook comments is that he's threatening to declare, and hasn't taken any formal steps that direction.

Guy is drowning and holding to anything that looks like it'll float taking it down with him.

The truth is a Pacer search away. I'm not willing to use my account for this, considering that the cost per page is ridiculous now that I'm retired. (Frankly, I haven't been on Pacer in a couple of years.) Perhaps someone on here has agency or commercial access that they can use to search recent Southern District filings.

How can Jeremy file chapter 11 if a receiver has been appointed?

Jeremy would have no standing or authority to take the LLC into bankruptcy

I wonder why he doesn't want his people to know he delayed the foreclosure by filing a chapter 11 bankruptcy?

Crap . . . . If he filed bankruptcy . . . . All those people who have cans in transfer just became unsecured creditors!

So . . . Wonder if Coe filed this or the receiver?
If I were appointed receiver in a situation like this, so close to certain bank deadlines and without sufficient time to even understand what was going on, I would immediately file for bankruptcy protection.

Definitely not good for those guys. Don't those cans already "belong" to the purchaser? Having already paid for a serial numbered tangible object that exists in the possession of Tactical Firearms?

He announced the bankruptcy on the radio. Not much surprise there. As for facebook. He's been putting up a BS screen for a bit.

    SC-Texas, he also knows ya.

I was just going to comment on this here. I went over to his FB page and see no mention of nothing else but the ammo plant.

Tactical Firearms will deal with ammo shortage by making it themselves! Just announced plans to open huge manufacturing plant in the area. Will make minimum of 1 million rounds per day. 350 new jobs when plant opens up before end of 2015.

    What ammo shortage????
    What a buffoon!!!

So . . . He is the largest firearms dealer in Texas now?

He is now an ammunition manufacturer?

Okay, so now he is going to take over the bad systems plant to produce ammo?

Has all to tools and equipment? But can't get financing for his 6.5mill loan on his store and range?

All out of chapter 11. Well stranger things have happened.

yeah . . . . This gets stranger and stranger.

He he missed the boat on the ammo bubble.

i wonder whose machines he will be using to make the ammo?

where will he get the components from?

    the financing?
