Medium rare. Anything more than that you might as well serve ketchup with it.
Well done.
See what I did there?

GlockOwner is buying and cooking!! That's why he asked right?
I like mine raw to medium rare.
Growing up, Mom would usually cut me a bite of raw steak when she was preparing it. Add a little salt a little pepper and call it good.
My father took the family out to dinner at one of Kansas City's more famous steak houses. Relatives from back east were the guests of honor. They all ordered their steaks well done. When the waiter asked Dad how to cook his, he said, "tell the chef to light a match in the same room with it."
When the meal was served, Dad's was place last in front of him. As the waiter uncovered it, there was a raw steak with a book of matches sitting on top of it. The waiter said, "Chef says to cook it yourself."
That is a true story. The year was 1963. Restaurant was the Plaza III.
Rare?
Medium Rare?
Medium?
Medium Well?
Well Done?
Which are you?
I'm a medium well kinda guy!
Normally, on the rare side of medium rare.
Sometimes (very rarely), medium well with Heinz 57.
When I get extremely lucky, raw. Perhaps the only thing I miss about the place where I grew up is the parisa. Seriously, is there anything in this article: 15 Raw Meat Dishes from Around the World: BA Daily: Bon Appétit you folks wouldn't dive into with unalloyed joy? I know I would.
And DAMNIT DON'T ASK ME IF I WANT STEAK SAUCE!!!!
Blue. This is a category that a restaurant (forgot the name) in the Mall of America has on their menu. When I asked the waiter what it meant he said that it barely hits the grill on ether side and then its served.
I learned something! Added to the OP. Jared said that in his post, I just thought it was Jared being Jared lol.
It just shows you dont belong in front of a grill cooking steaks.
