The guy wading around back there?
The guy who declared the course ready?
The guy who designed the course?

I'm really having a hard time getting my head around the root cause of this one ...

I know whenever im taping targets at a competition im always checking to make sure they arent going to start shooting before im back behind the line.
The RO really should walk the stage to make sure it is clear, but they dont. So if you hear that buzzer and you are down range, hit the deck and yell cease fire!
Sounds like it was the other shooters who called it first.Nightmare scenario where just about everything failed. Everyone on a range is responsible for range safety not just the RO.
Calls to take down the video are sad. It's embarrassing but if we don't admit mistakes when they happen more mistakes will be made.
I wonder... after I've watched it 2 more times, I am about ready to call BS.
