I am almost a one issue voter. I like a lot of what Paul has to say. I like an extremely limited government. Perry has not been my favorite govornor, but he is my top choice right now for president. I like how he answered the death penalty question and how the audience responded. I love me some death penalty. I hate how the conservative media (Fox News) puts Perry down and tries to bring Romney up as the only viable choice. Romney is not a conservative. He was elected Gov. in Mass; how could he be even close to conservative? Has anyone bothered to look at the gun laws in Mass? There is no way he is pro-gun. Perry signed every piece of pro-gun legislation that came across his desk. Some things would have gone into affect without his signature, but he made sure to make his stance known. Like I stated, Perry is not my #1 choice, but he is in this field right now. I do like Cain's 9-9-9 plan. If we cut taxes and deregulate then business will "necessarily" expand and the economy will improve almost overnight.

    @ Matefrio:

    I have seen the pictures.
    Yes, there is physical contact.
In spite of acknowledging the fact that what was being said is unavailable, the knee jerk jump to reprimand is what I find objectionable albeit predictable.

We don't need anyone being all like "literal" with their like "facts." Please ignore any facts here and move on lest ye be labeled a "ninny"

Not only is Romney not pro 2A but MA is almost bankrupt because of his policies. Obamacare was patterned after Romneycare. He's a socialist RINO.

I know what you meant. I'm just joking around while I'm on an extremely boring conference call. I also like posting links to the Constitution, it's good for people.

Don't feel bad about your chances. I'd vote for you over Mitt or Obama and I don't even know you.

    Here (not there)
    Ron Paul all the way.

Not voting for someone because they are "un-electable" is silly. Vote for who is best for the job and let the chips fall where they may. I for one am sick of voting for the lesser of two evils. Or seeing Americans vote for who "looks more presidential" or is the most persuasive or articulate. We need solid values, courage to shake things up, and a return to our constitution. If people aren't brave patriots and make courageous decisions, we truly have become a nation of sheeple. Just my humble 2 cents, nobody has to agree of course!

If the Microsoft No Black Commentator network's website says it, it must be true....

The debate wasn't on AFN so I didn't see it. My vote will most likely go to Gov. Perry because while he has done some NWO shit I disagree with he is the most agreeable of all the candidates for me. I am all for some death penalty, guns, and states rights...

The biggest problem I see with Perry is that he is a frakking Aggie...

That's a crime. We ought to allow our service men/women to view Presidential debates. Thank you for your service.

I personally think there was waaaay too many people on stage to understand(coherently) where they stood on DETAILS. I also wish they would pick 1 issue(like the economy) and stick with it the entire debate. All we got was rhetoric. Ron Paul is brilliant on some things(abolishing TSA) but definitely suffers from an inability to package and articulate his message in a way that is interesting/exciting to voters. Still not sure who I like in this field since I feel we know nothing about any of them. Perry did not show up well IMO, and the photo of him physically touching Ron Paul is not going to help.

Look people need to understand what will happen in this election if people vote the way they are saying on this and other threads. Obama will get all of the Liberal votes, the conservative vote will get split. Obama WILL be re-elected and we will have to suffer through more of his BS and will more than likely lose our 2A Rights. Yes i believe it is a good idea to vote for who you think is the better canidate in a perfect system be we are far from that system and they way ours works when our side splits our votes we get screwed.

The current election is the Republican Primary. Nothing at all is lost voting your heart/ideals in the primary. The question is what will we do if we end up with another McCain in the actual election. Will Donald Trump run as an independent? He has the money to overcome the cost of ballot access. If we get an arguably viable candidate running as an independent, the less liberal/progressive vote will get split and the OOOOOsss will win again.

just my opinion as always, but i dont think Donald Trump REALLY wants to run - i think he's a media whore and if he has a show to promote for ratings, he'll start stumping to anybody who will give him a microphone

you watch - if the Apprentice show starts back up - he'll start running his mouth
