What kind of smoker do you have? Have thought about doing some chickens...I have a Bradley

    It's an Axxe brand! LOL!

I built mine about twelve years ago, from a 60 gal. hydraulic tank, and a large steel air tank from a Mack truck for the firebox.

I built my grill from an old water heater, about a year later.

They aren't fancy, but they work excellent. Both get used a LOT!

Quick tip for fill pickle juice.

During the summer, even if you are drinking lots of water, you can still get muscle cramps. Drinking will pickle juice can alleviate those muscle cramps.

Doesn't work for everyone, but I have found that it does for me. Within about five minutes, mine are gone.

Swear by this for cramps. Big swing of it will make the worse cramps go away almost instantly. High school football trainers all seem to have them in their equipment bags here.

My MIL suggested it several years ago. I tried it, and it works for me.

In East Texas with the humidity, even drinking lots of water and fluids, it's hard to stay hydrated enough. I sometimes still get muscle cramps really bad.

I always carry some mustard packets as they help with the leg cramps too.

My sons came by today and helped me clean out my garage. Got a repair man coming next week to repair my garage doors.

So I treated us all to Mexican food from my favorite local joint.

Brisket tacos, tacos al pastor and chicken enchiladas with poblano sauce. Really tasty.
