Here’s a little avocado toast for breakfast this morning.
Mixed Lawry’s season salt, lemon pepper and chopped serranos with the avocado, topped with a sunny side up egg.

Made some sausage sammies for lunch yesterday.

Just a bun, with Italian sausage, pasta sauce, topped with mozzarella and placed under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Grilled up sausage sammiches for lunch. Didn't take pictures. Not sure what we're doing for dinner. I'll probably do stir fry some time this weekend.

Truthfully I don't see our meals changing much from what we normally do. That is until the store runs out of everything we normally eat.

Brisket turned out really well yesterday. Get quite a few meals out of that.

Will probably do brisket quesadillas (really good stuff). Maybe chop some brisket and put into blackeyed peas (with cornbread, of course).

    Chicken fajitas earlier this week.

A couple of sirloins went on the grill this week as well.

Got bored and made about 10-12 dozen cookies. Mostly chocolate chip, but threw in a few dozen oatmeal...half with white chocolate chips, the other half with regular chocolate chips. Makes for a great snack, especially with a big bowl of ice cream.

made a roast this week in the crock pot. No pics, but it had potatos, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery and a quartered onion, along with various spices.

Planning to make a pot of lentil soup tomorrow.

Just me and a daughter around, so large cook lasts a few days.
