Yeah. Hopefully there’s more to the story than just two seconds of video.
Don’t think there needs to be a whole lot more. Aggro dude comes up to white truck with a pistol in his hand and pounds on truck. Raises hand that previously held pistol and driver is now in fear of being killed by short tempered , armed rager and does the needful.

Ahhh. Tough to see that detail from a phone; for the truck driver or pax to see it, access their firearm, and be prepared to engage quickly is impressive.
I would have accessed my pistol the minute that guy tried to block my path and got out of his car. At that point, I'm not sure what he's up to.

That’s the first thing I noticed as well. Green shirt guy already approached the vehicle with a pistol in his right hand, began banging on the truck. From the driver’s view he probably didn’t see him take the pistol in his left hand. He then proceeded to lift his right hand (which for all the driver knows still has the gun). The truck guy fires in self defense.

I’m guessing the guy was trying to scare the dude in the truck by lifting an empty hand which previously had the gun. Plan failed big time.

There is a little more info here:

Looks like they are calling self defense.

The attacker's wife says: "It’s such a tragedy that my husband was murdered in cold blood. As a grieving widow, my heart is shattered and my world will never be the same."

No, dearie. It's a tragedy that you married a hotheaded idiot that got himself shot trying to be a tough guy and threatening someone with a firearm. Nobody was murdered in cold blood, someone was forced into a situation where they had to defend themselves through your husband's actions. Your husband was a thug and leaves the world no poorer by his absence. So sad you're a widow, but you need to open your eyes because if he wasn't already, he'd probably be turning that temper on you before long. Better luck next time.
