Apparently in that complex its buyers choice. They sell drugs, he sells drugs, she buys drugs, crap even guys in whole other states find their way there to the drug dealing version of mall of America. Floor after floor of drug dealers.

The only other place I know where you can find drugs at every door, and this is good for amber if she the pot head some assume, is at any prison in the country.
