The Yahoo news headline earlier today was that 38 out 50 states, including us, plan to file lawsuit with the supreme court. What exactly happens if the supreme court tells us all to STFU and learn to like it?
What I am asking literally, is what happens after that, legally and procedurally?

"I'm just an old Rebel Soldier, and thats just what I am, And for this damnyankee Health Care, I do not give a damn ! And I hate the democrats in Congress and that damned obama clown" !!!!
i have to say, that is the MOST TRUE and well written comment ive seen for the last year regarding the Healthscare bill!! it would also make a great SIG line!!!!A health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a congress that exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke. What could possibly go wrong?
