Good Morning Texicans. Well all 7 grandkids are staying with us for the next 12 days. Just finished making breakfast for the hooligans. 2 pounds of sausage, dozen eggs and a loaf of bread. Add in butter and a jar of jelly. If this keeps up I’ll have to sell off inventory to pay for food.

And tomorrow I do it all again.
A joyful chaos! You are blessed!

I am proud of her. Why crab someone who strives to be the best person they can be and accomplish their goals and dreams?

    Gunz are icky.
    Today was fun.
That Williams peep sight arrived in the mail finally.
Mounted it on the '94 30-30 and off to the range for initial sight in.
It was almost dead on at 25yds to start.
Fired a few more rounds to double check. Very nice group.
Moved the target out to fifty yds. Same thing. A little tweak on elevation and windage had them dropping right in the X.
Moved the target out to 100yds. Here's where my old eyes started giving me problems.
I was getting 8"groups or so. Not too bad for Mark 1 eyeballs.

Now, we need a 30-30 range day.
I think Saturday (22nd) at Lone Star Handguns will do.
Bring your old Turdy-turdy and ring some steel. Don't forget the pistolas.

Dang- I must be gettin' old...

Stopped at my favorite farm & fleet style store today (a local Iowa company with about 80 stores across the state)... and I didn't even stop at the gun counter to see what they had that might be interesting

I just picked up the brake fluid, furnace filters and a couple of other items and didn't even look at the firearms

What the H is happening to me?
