Nah. For one thing I don't have a meat grinder. I'm gonna be cooking whole cuts of meat.
Or venison chili. You're on your own with the beans.
And once again today...
The phone rings. There's silence, then I can hear background noise. Ha! Not a recording!
Me: "Operations desk."
Scammer: "Ah...hello? Do you have a moment to..."
"Okay, who is this and who are you with?"
"Uhh...dis is Michael and de reason for my short call is to inform you of new FCC..."
"Michael, do you know where it is that you've called?"
"Umm...no..."
"Good. Michael, this is a secure line to a classified facility. You need to make sure this number is removed from your database immediately. Do you understand, Michael?"
"Ohh...shit...uh...yes..." (click)
You should have told him that a couple of agents will meet him outside in a dark SUV to "debrief" him .....
I must have missed the pictures of the now famous Bonechopper. I've been hearing great tales of its mighty power and awesome wonder. Are there pictures? Or is it's greatness too awesome to be captured by mere pixels?OK, so I just used @Hoji's Bonechopper to separate the leg from the shoulder on that venison quarter.
OMFG. The damn thing is like a lightsaber. No resistance at all cutting the meat and tendons. No need to chop (and that's good, because I don't trust my kitchen counters that much).

I found the post, on page 17 I think? where you started the Bonechopper; the 2nd link in my post above goes to that post.
It's been an honor watching you do this. Thanks for sharing it with us.
We had to remove the pictures. The image was slicing everyone's phone and monitor in ha.....(snip!)I must have missed the pictures of the now famous Bonechopper. I checked out the links. Thanks MG. It is a thing of beauty General, and it's glory has not been exaggerated.I've refrained from posting pics in this thread - but there's plenty in the others.

Kind words - and appreciated. I'm looking forward to getting into the next project - which is already in the works. And is MUCH, much smaller.
Pray tell sir, what’s the next project?
