Is this a little inconvenience that needed to be addressed or a major crisis?

Hopefully the prior. I git a boost of all kinds of stuff and am borderline needing a transfusion but the Dr wants to wait till I definitely need it. He thinks my body will build the red cells and platelets on its own over a week.

I just have to eat and rest now till next week.

I know what signs to watch for with the low blood counts so that's what we will do.

ETA I feel much better tonight after all day of infusion all kinds of stuff.
