As I understand it you can't shoot a dog just for trespassing but any type of carnage/damage justifies the shoot. That's just what I've always been told anyway.What does TX law say about shooting dogs on your property,,,or does it vary by County?

That doesn't mean you won't have issues with pissed off neighbors for shooting their dog. I figure once you park the backhoe that's the end of it.
One of the dogs I'm having issues with has a GPS collar on it which tells me he prizes it, he's been warned.
ETA: I will return his collar, I'm no thief.
