    YouTube took the video offline, but from the comments...
    I see at least 5 total armed defenders at the end, approaching the criminal, all with guns at the ready. First shot is at :10 seconds, second shot at :11 seconds and third from armed church-member is at :12 seconds!!! That is a 2 second response time.... well trained and well done. Too bad others had to get shot, but I'm sure there would have been many more at a rate of 1 per second.

    First guy is dead because he was slow to draw.
    Second guy was dead because he was too slow to do anything.
    Security guard was slow too, but had distance and made his one shot count.
    Glad he made a good shot.

    These days, all my pistol practice is from a draw and always either from under a shirttail or jacket. There is a technique to drawing from under a shirt or jacket. Both in ensuring you get a grip on the butt and not on shirttail and also in clearing the pistol cleanly.

    Given how crowded the place was, the best thing the guard probably could have done was to take the time necessary to aim properly and take a single shot.
