His only real problems were
1. asking for legal advice here.
2. being unclear on the difference between a rifle and a pistol,

Thank goodness - thigh holsters will be legal for open carry and to see them,well some of them, those skirts will have to be short! Maybe the micro-mini skirt will make a comeback!
