I wonder if some people mourned the passing of Charles Manson?I have a list of folks who will squeal in glee at my inevitable death. I don't care if they do....the feeling is mutual.

Celebrate might not fit my feeling, smiling at knowing God saw fit to remove a man who worked against so much I stand for from this earth might me more like it.I used to think like most of the posters here. When someone I despised died, I celebrated. When Ho Chi Minh (yes my war was Vietnam) died, I celebrated. My brother, who was a Marine on the ground in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive, reminded me that only God judges. Man should only observe. I try to keep that in mind as one day, I will pass and I want a favorable judgement.
Actually they did. There was a whole TV segment about it, and the mourners looked and acted exactly as one would expect a Charles Manson mourner to be. Those were truely some lost soulsI wonder if some people mourned the passing of Charles Manson?
Exactly rightCelebrate might not fit my feeling, smiling at knowing God saw fit to remove a man who worked against so much I stand for from this earth might me more like it.

But you just described probably at least 99% of all politicians currently serving, or who served in the past! There is a difference between someone you politically disagree with, and someone who was corrupt, a thief, ruined lives, a scumbag.
Harry Reid was the latter.
