The Johnson amendment that it replaces was for cities with more than 1 million residents, this make the number 750,000.

It did modify the amendment but the amendment was tabled. So it has no effect on the bill.

The only amendments to the bill were:

changing nursing home to nursing facility

Changing the penalty for missing a 30.06 sign from a class a misdemeanor to a class c misdemeanor. If you are notified verbally and still refuse to leave, it becomes a class A.
