I'm so torn on this...
DEI to one group means something else to another. To me it means a level playing field where everyone has an equal chance to be included based on their qualifications. Perhaps, all things being equal, a boost to those groups that have historically been excluded. As far as Harris, she has more qualifications than most. 21-31 years in public service where she turned down big bucks to do that service. Come at me bros..
