In Chicago, there is an intersection of Sheridan and Sheridan.

Round Rock has Chicago beat handily. I dated a girl who lived on Sam Bass Road...took a few tries to figure out which one.

That's just a new development and they haven't actually named the roads yet so Google is confused and calling them all Sam Bass Rd. I drive down that road pretty often. Sam Bass does branch off and if you continue on the main sam bass it turns into Old Settlers though, have to make a turn just north of that image.

I swear in 1992 I had a girlfriend in Round Rock. To visit her I had to turn on Sam Bass, drive past the intersection with Sam Bass and turn right on Sam Bass. Now, it's been a few decades since I was there, so maybe I found the wrong knot of Sam Basses, but it looked about right.
