Can't nail down just one...

Just found a new one last week. Its a margarita, but instead of using orange liquor to make it, you use St Germaine's. Really light, and tasty, and goes down way too smooth. Its different than anything I have had in while.
St. Germaine's is made using flowers from elder berry. I love elder berry wine, but can't find the stuff. This is even better than the wine. My wife likes it straight, and it smells great.
Elderflower liquor is very strong. I make gin drink. 3oz Boodles, 1/3 oz elderflower liquor, 1/3 oz lillet blanc, and one drop apple bitters. Very good.
Until I quit drinking back in 2010, I probably kept my cousins in Ireland employed, by myself, drinking Guinness and Paddy whiskey.
Problem is, I liked a whole lot of different things with alcohol in them. I realized that I could name you 1,000 stupid things I said and did drunk, but I couldn't name you one smart one. I hung up my liver and like myself a whole lot better for it.
